Maine Global Consulting was founded by Michael Maine.

Michael Maine is a seasoned international education professional with 25 years of experience in both higher education and the private sector. Throughout his career, he has held prominent leadership roles, including a decade as Director of International Marketing and Enrollment at two private colleges.

Michael was pivotal in launching IDP Education in North America and has served as a senior advisor to Cambridge Education Group. Additionally, he has held leadership positions at ICEF and ApplyBoard. Known for his resourcefulness and tactical planning, Michael specializes in implementing strategies to drive business growth and diversification through strong industry partnerships. His expertise includes expanding markets, enhancing enrollment, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders. A respected leader, he is also known for mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, all while advancing the strategic objectives of the organizations he supports.
